A Few Days in the Lake District

Derwent water, Keswick

Freshly back from a short trip to the Lake District in England with the camera in tow, and what a place it is. Narrow winding roads, endless miles of old stone walls, sheep seemingly around every corner, and landscapes so beautiful they hardly feel real. The Lake District truly is a dream destination for any landscape photographer.

I’ve only just started going through the images from the trip, so there will most likely be more photographs appearing here on the blog later on. But for now, here’s a first small collection, a glimpse of the quiet mornings, dramatic skies, and timeless scenery that made this journey so memorable.

The Lake District has a way of slowing you down. Even the sheep seem to move with cinematic patience.
